Gold Partner

Gold Partner is the badge HairLinQ gives clinics it has selected and works with closely. Here is how we choose them, what they commit to, and why the badge cannot be bought.

HairLinQ Gold Partner clinics: what the badge means, and what it doesn't

Last updated 2 October 2026

A HairLinQ Gold Partner is a clinic we have selected ourselves, that has agreed to a set of written commitments to patients, and that we work with closely on every patient it treats. The badge cannot be bought. Gold Partners pay HairLinQ exactly the same as any other clinic, and a clinic that stops meeting its commitments loses the badge.

Gold Partner status is not a medical rating and not a promise about your result. It tells you how a clinic was chosen and how it has agreed to treat you, from your first quote through aftercare.

What is a HairLinQ Gold Partner?

A HairLinQ Gold Partner is a hair transplant clinic in Turkey that has passed our selection, signed up to our patient commitments, and agreed to work openly with us while you are its patient. You will see the Gold Partner badge on the clinic's listing and on its profile page.

Every clinic in our directory holds a valid Turkish Ministry of Health International Health Tourism Authorization. Gold Partners have gone through more than that licensing check. They are a small, selected group, and we keep it that way on purpose.

How does HairLinQ choose its Gold Partners?

HairLinQ chooses Gold Partners through a manual selection that goes beyond the licence check every listed clinic gets. For each Gold Partner we have:

  • confirmed its Ministry of Health health tourism authorisation, as we do for every clinic;

  • spoken with people at the clinic, often at more than one level of the organisation;

  • gone through its policies and how it works with international patients, from first contact to aftercare;

  • read its public patient reviews.

We are not doctors, and none of this assesses surgical skill or predicts outcomes. It tells us how a clinic runs, how it communicates, and whether it will stand behind what it quotes. The full method, including its limits, is in our clinic verification methodology. Our checks are not a warranty of any clinic's quality, safety, competence, pricing or results.

What does a Gold Partner commit to?

A Gold Partner commits in writing to five standards for how it treats HairLinQ patients:

  1. A complete written quote. Inclusions and exclusions are listed. The price quoted is the price charged for the plan agreed. If the consultation in person changes the plan, the clinic puts the change and its cost in writing before treatment.

  2. An honest consultation. If a transplant is not right for you, or not yet, the clinic tells you. No deadline discounts and no pressure to book.

  3. A named contact who replies. You get a named person at the clinic who answers within an agreed time, before and after your treatment.

  4. Aftercare that continues once you are home. You leave with a written aftercare plan, and the clinic stays available for follow-up during the growth period.

  5. Working openly with HairLinQ. The clinic lets us stay in contact with you throughout, answers our questions, and handles complaints through our procedure.

What is included in a Gold Partner package?

A Gold Partner package always includes a VIP airport transfer, a stay in a hotel of at least four stars, and a translator, within the quoted price. You do not pay extra for these, and the clinic cannot remove them to lower the headline price. Whatever else is in the package, such as the number of nights, medication or a follow-up visit, is itemised in the quote.

Most Turkish clinics advertise a package of some kind, and the contents vary a lot. Our guide to what an all-inclusive package actually includes explains what to check in any quote, Gold Partner or not.

What does the Gold Partner badge not mean?

The Gold Partner badge does not mean a clinic is the best, the safest, or that its surgeons are better than anyone else's. We do not make those claims about any clinic, because nobody outside the operating room can verify them. The badge also:

  • does not guarantee your result, density or how natural your hair will look;

  • does not mean HairLinQ has assessed whether you are a candidate;

  • does not make HairLinQ a party to your treatment. Your contract is always with the clinic;

  • is not paid for. Clinics cannot buy the badge, a better position or a better review.

For the wider question of how to judge any clinic in Turkey, read our guide on whether a hair transplant in Turkey is safe.

How does a Gold Partner affect the quotes I receive?

Gold Partners are currently the clinics that send you quotes when you make a request through HairLinQ. The other clinics in our directory are listed so you can find and compare them, but they do not quote through HairLinQ yet.

When you go ahead with a Gold Partner, our clinic success manager stays in touch with you and the clinic from your request through aftercare. If something is not going as agreed, you can contact us at any point and we will help coordinate between you and the clinic. We do not give medical advice. Medical questions go to your clinic or your own doctor.

Clinics pay HairLinQ when they receive patients through us, the way a hotel pays a booking site. Gold Partners pay the same as every other clinic. Status is never linked to what a clinic pays.

Can a clinic lose its Gold Partner status?

A clinic loses Gold Partner status if it stops meeting its commitments. We remove the badge when:

  • a clinic breaks one of its commitments and does not put it right;

  • a complaint against it is upheld under our notice and complaints procedure;

  • its Ministry of Health authorisation lapses or cannot be confirmed;

  • patient feedback shows a pattern of poor handling.

If a clinic loses its status while you are its patient, we keep supporting you as before.

Will the Gold Partner programme change?

The Gold Partner programme will develop as HairLinQ grows. As more clinics quote through us, we expect to add measured performance to the standard, such as reply times, whether quoted prices were honoured, and what patients tell us afterwards. Today there is one level, Gold, and every change will be published on this page with a date.

How can a clinic become a Gold Partner?

A clinic becomes a Gold Partner by applying to be considered and passing our selection. We do not accept every application. The bar is how a clinic treats patients, not its size or its budget. If you run a clinic and want to be considered, read the information for clinics.

Questions about Gold Partner clinics

Do clinics pay to become a Gold Partner?

No. Clinics do not pay to become Gold Partners, and Gold Partners pay HairLinQ the same as any other clinic. The badge is given on selection and commitments only.

Is a Gold Partner clinic safer than other clinics?

Gold Partner status is a selection and conduct standard, not a medical safety rating. It tells you how a clinic was chosen and what it has committed to. It does not measure surgical skill or predict your result, so always have a proper consultation before deciding.

Are the hotel, transfer and translator really free?

The hotel, VIP transfer and translator are included in the quoted package price at no extra charge, rather than free in the sense of costing nothing. You will not be billed separately for them, and they cannot be removed to make a quote look cheaper.

How do I recognise a Gold Partner?

Gold Partner clinics carry the Gold Partner badge on their listing in our clinic directory and on their profile page.

If you want to see what Gold Partners would quote for your case, you can request free quotes. One request, no obligation, and the decision stays yours.
