How these terms fit together
These Website Terms of Use apply to everyone who visits or uses hairlinq.com.
If you use our service as a prospective patient, our separate Patient Terms also apply to that service.
If you use our service as a clinic, our separate Clinic Terms also apply to that relationship.
Our Privacy Statements and Cookie Statement explain how we handle data.
Where a service-specific term conflicts with these Website Terms, the service-specific term prevails for that service.
1. Who we are
hairlinq.com is operated by ScalarRatio LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, at 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801. HairLinQ is a trade name of ScalarRatio LLC. In these terms, "HairLinQ", "we", "us" and "our" mean ScalarRatio LLC, and "you" means the person using the website.

2. Acceptance
By accessing or using hairlinq.com you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old to use the site.
3. What HairLinQ is, and is not
HairLinQ is a comparison and introduction service. We help prospective patients in Europe find and compare hair-transplant clinics in Turkey, and we introduce interested prospective patients to clinics.
We are not a clinic, hospital, or medical provider.
We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or opinions on your suitability for any procedure.
We do not perform, arrange, or supervise any treatment.
Any decision to contact, consult, or undergo treatment with a clinic is yours, and any treatment agreement is made directly between you and the clinic, who is solely responsible for the care it provides.
Nothing on hairlinq.com should be relied on as medical advice. Always seek advice from a qualified medical professional before making treatment decisions.
4. About the clinics and verification
Clinics listed or introduced through HairLinQ are independent third parties. We do not employ them, control them, or guarantee their services.
Our verification is limited to checking specified credentials, including the clinic's Ministry of Health International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate. Verification means we have checked those specified items at the relevant time. It is not a warranty or guarantee of a clinic's quality, safety, competence, results, pricing, or of any particular outcome. We do not endorse or recommend any specific clinic.
5. Your responsibilities and acceptable use
When you use the site, you agree to:
provide accurate and truthful information;
use the site only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms;
not misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping or harvesting data, overloading the service, or interfering with its operation;
not copy, republish, or exploit site content except as allowed in section 7;
not impersonate others or submit another person's data without their permission.
We may suspend or withdraw access if you breach these terms or misuse the site.
6. Accounts
Some features, in particular the clinic dashboard, require an account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
7. Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, and the HairLinQ name and branding, are owned by or licensed to ScalarRatio LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use the site for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the site without our prior written permission.
Content that clinics provide about themselves remains their responsibility, and they are responsible for having the rights to it.
8. Availability of the site
We aim to keep the site available and working, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may change, suspend, or withdraw all or part of the site, and we may update or correct content, at any time.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", and we make no warranties about their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Clinic information may be provided by the clinics themselves, and we are not responsible for its accuracy.
This section does not exclude or limit anything that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and it does not affect the mandatory rights of consumers.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
any treatment, advice, service, or outcome provided by a clinic, or any dealings between you and a clinic;
loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable, or that arises from your misuse of the site;
interruptions or errors in the site.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the mandatory law that applies to you. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your mandatory legal rights.
11. Privacy and cookies
We handle personal data as described in our Patient Privacy Statement, our Clinic Privacy Statement, and our Cookie Statement. Please read those to understand how we use your data.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Website Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without affecting the following.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Those mandatory rules prevail over anything inconsistent in these terms.
If you are a clinic, your commercial relationship with us, including governing law and dispute resolution, is set out in the Clinic Terms, which take precedence over this section for that relationship.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Website Terms of Use from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date. Significant changes to the service relationship will be handled through the applicable Patient Terms or Clinic Terms.
